Daylight savings

 on Sunday our clocks will be set an hour ahead for Daylight savings time.  I will need to help set the clocks back in the house.  This means we will be losing an hour of sleep.  To help me adjust to this change I should go to sleep an hour earlier.  This will help me feel better rested.  I will go to bed on Saturday night a 9.  The positive part about Daylight Savings is we are one day closer to the first day of spring.  We will slowly gain sunlight each day.
