 I have a membership to Planet Fitness Working out makes me feel happy.  When I finish using a machine I need to clean it. My favorite way to get cardio exercise is using a rowing machine. My favorite way to get exercise with weights is using the arm

Watching T.V

 Sometimes I like to relax, watch TB, and have snacks.  I like to watch TV in my family room. Some of my favorite Tv shows to watch are basketball, football and baseball.  I like to snack on yogurt and drink water when I watch TV.  

Hobbies

 On the weekdays during the evenings I need to keep myself busy.  Sitting at home on the couch watching TV and playing on my phone is not the only joption having a sport means you take part in a game you're interested in   I can look at local calendars to find out about upcoming events and make plans to attend them.  This can give me new opportunities to take part in with friends and family a new hobby I would like to try is volunteer work at an animal shelter

Graduation

Planning for my for after trails makes me feel happy. Part of being an adult means I have to make important decisions. I want to have a say and share my opinions with others. I will be graduating from TRAILS when I turn 26 years old. I have 2 years left in the program. I plan on to living on with my family in the future. I want  to attend another school  similar to trails when I graduate . A field trip I want to go before my last year is go to a water park. I want to work at Beaumont  for my last year.

michigan

 Michigan is a wonderful state to live in because we have all 4 seasons here right now we are experiencing a fake spring  because it has been warmer by the end the week it will be cooler. with warmer weather comes a risk for severe weather like   thunderstorms and tornadoes.  It is important to have a plan at home in case of severe weather.  If you have a basement that is a safe place to go to.   The first day of spring is March 20 and I am looking forward to playing basketball when it is warmer outside.

Daylight savings

 on Sunday our clocks will be set an hour ahead for Daylight savings time.  I will need to help set the clocks back in the house.  This means we will be losing an hour of sleep.  To help me adjust to this change I should go to sleep an hour earlier.  This will help me feel better rested.  I will go to bed on Saturday night a 9.  The positive part about Daylight Savings is we are one day closer to the first day of spring.  We will slowly gain sunlight each day.
