 Setting Goals helps me grow into a mature adult i am proud of all my hard work  one skill I have that I'm proud of is cooking.   Each year I have a new goal ato work towards.  My current IEP goal is telling time.  On Thursday during goal time I work  hard to become more independent. 

 I like making Healthy Choices. I make Healthy Choices when I decide To eat  Eating something such as banana yogurt ARE Healthy choices  i am healthy when I decide EXERCISE MY Favorite Ways to EXERCISE ways to Lifting weights playing sports l stay healthy by keeping good hygiene  l keep good Hygiene  when l take a shower  Another way l keep good Hygiene is brush My teeth

 I like cooking at school. One of my favorite recipes I made at school was pancakes. in the future I would like to make eggs scrambled  Another recipe I would like to make is sausage.

 I live in  the great state of michigan.  In Michigan, we get to experience all four seasons. A sign of spring in Michigan is sunny weather. Another sign of spring is BBQs. One way I can safely enjoy the nice weather is using sunscreen. Another way I can safely enjoy the warmer weather is to wear sunglasses. A food and drink I think about when I think spring is hot dogs and water. I like experiencing all the different seasons we have in Michigan. My favorite season is summer.
