 Getting exercise and staying active is important for our health. We go to planet fitness to workout every week on Monday and Wednesday. my gym membership allows me to workout any day of the week. I enjoy using weight machines while at the gym. My favorite machine to use is the arm curl machines.

 On Friday  I am going for a stadium tour. I am going to tour LCA. LCA is Home to the Detroit Pistons and Detroit Red Wings. I am happy for the tour.

 Today I am going to about something that makes me that made me happy. When I get help from my family members, with my chores, cleaning the table after we eat, it makes me feel happy.  I like sharing my thoughts and feelings with others.
