There are many benefits to staying active. going to the gym helps my.
body stay strong . I need to make sure I stay
hydrated by drinking more water.
I am lucky that I get to work out at planet fitness 2 days a week.
My favorite way to stay active is lifting weights.
I will challenge
at Planet Fitness this week by trying a new weight exercise.
